These coordinators work closely with you to ensure that your support needs are met effectively.
A Specialist Support Coordinator can help you navigate and overcome various challenges that may impact your ability to access the necessary supports to achieve your NDIS goals. They can assist with coordinating and linking you to mainstream or state-funded services, especially if you're facing issues like homelessness or involvement with other agencies such as the justice system or child protection services.
